This is a great place for family and outdoor activities. A resort situated in upper Vermont within the green mountain splendor. In the summer, you can drive from Stowe through the notch, which is glorious. The condos are very comfortable and well made. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc, which makes cooking a breeze (unless that is not what you like to do). There are plenty of grills available too for outdoor cooking. There are activities for everyone from terrific camps for children, hiking and walks for the more elite hiker to one who wants a low impact nature walk. There are a number of heated pools with all levels of slides. There are loads of activities from a high intensity stretch an go, tennis, mountain biking, etc. There is a convenience store for supplies and fun local products. There is all kinds of night time activities for the family, teens and adults. The local area is terrific too for dining, outdoor activities, locally grown, etc, etc. Pricy but worth it!

This was our first time visiting the Smuggler's Notch Resort. I didn't know what to expect in the summer as I only knew it as a winter ski getaway. However, much to my surprise this place was amazing! Very family friendly with kid activities throughout the day. The water parks were geared to all ages with a lazy river/ wading pool with water springs for our little ones. The indoor fun zone was perfect for a rainy day. The resort also catered to the parents with night activities and a nearby brewery.

We are Wyndham members and this is my first stay here. This resort is fun. I wish I had found it sooner. There is a variety of activities that will interest everyone. I don't think you would be able to do everything you want in a week. Our group has many different personalities. Grandparents who want to relax. Parents who want a combo of relax and active, and kids who want to go go go. We are all having a blast. Rooms are beautifully clean. Neat and tidy service halfway through the week was a nice surprise. Shuttle service around the resort park your car for a week and relax. Overall super impressed with this resort.

Smuggs is a wonderful place for family. The activities are endless and the Hearth and Candle is a phenomenal restaurant. My only gripes with the resort is that the Evergreens could use an update similar to the look of the Aspens (love those rooms!) Also, my wife has been coming to this resort since she was a child and we wanted to get married here. Unfortunately, no one was really accommodating, so we had to go up to Jay Peak which focusing on weddings and has the manpower and tools to handle them. Lastly, as a married couple, bring back couples game night! It was one of our favorite activities!

Good resort. Lots of activities if you have the money for it. Every thing is quite expensive. Quite a few heated pools and one of the pool also have hot tub. The Rum Runner hideout has a gorgeous natural view and a natural pond with water activities. There's also summer camp for kids that can keep them busy while the grown up can explore the mountains.
