This is my all time favorite ski area! I have skied many places including Sugarloaf in Maine and Gunstock, Pats Peak, and McIntyre in New Hampshire, but THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE SKI AREA! If you go on a weekday you have the trails almost to yourself. Some people say this place is small, but the benefits of short lift rides actually result in MORE TIME on the slopes. There is much variety in the different trails. This area is for more than just beginners.

Good value for what it is, great for taking kids to learn and not mind cutting the day short for the price.

If you want a local place for a terrain park, (because if think that actually skiing here is fun, than you are stupid), you will be disappointed. The features are trash. If you are good than they are 1.) rusty 2.) horribly maintained 3.) About a million little kids that have no respect for anyone, will cut you off and then not hit the feature but go off the side of every on jump and ruin them. all in all this place is a living hell for anyone who has any respect for themselves as a skier. DO NOT GO!

Their learn to ski program for kids (Little Bee) is spectacular, and they have a whole series of programs set up to follow. I can't believe how quickly my kids progressed! It also seems like a great spot for beginners of all ages.

The staff is friendly and helpful, other than that it's expensive and very small. I understand they're in it to make money but the ticket prices are about the same as going to a real ski mountain an hour north. The log gets packed very quickly and because of the large number of tables it's very difficult to move around. One other plus is the food they serve is decent for the most part and not too expensive when compared to what you'd pay at a movie theater or something like that.
